*Young people *Driven Management *Privately owned - not focused on stock increase *Everybody contributes to the company through tips, etc. *Gratifications for tips that can lead to employment or assignments. *Present in all of Sweden *Pays subsistence for employees at a costumer *Pays for transportation to costumer *Good chans to see different companies before deciding which employer you want to work at
Cons
*5-10% variable salary which will be payed out if you are on an assignment. *Maybe less career opportunites because of the consultant role. *Maybe a bit less salary than if you would have been employed by the costumer

My experience of Epsilon is that it is a very good company to grow and learn alot.

very experienced people good possibilities to keep developing new skills an extremely fast growing company exciting projects either at office or at customers mostly good managers
Cons
an extremely fast growing company sometimes bad following up from some managers the company should have a more clear company profile compared to competitors
