      Pros

      Agile environment and a truly diverse cultural mix makes for an enjoyable working experience where you can collaborate and be a visible contributor.

      Cons

      As most roles collaborate with colleagues globally, you need to be flexible about working hours to allow for time zones, however the company treats you as an adult to manage your own time in order to get the job done, so in my view, this is not much of a negative point as long as you are organised.

      * Competitive salary and benefits package * Agile environment with a highly collaborative culture * Interesting technology and product development opportunities * Diverity and equal opportunity minded * Opportunities to travel to other offices * Strong leadership team with great communication to align priorities and progress across the entire workforce * Opportunities for progression within the company

      Cons

      * Not necessarily a drawback, but for some it will be. The culture encourages all staff to take ownership for their domain and also to be willing to provide feedback and get involved in a wide varety of projects that may be somewhat outside your core competencies * Strong belief in a hybird working model so those looking for a fully remote position may see this as a drawback * The industry is highly competitive and so there is a constant need to drive further optimisation of costs and find new revenue streams beyond the core suite. This requires a lot of change and transformation of hwo we work together and for customers. Those who resist change may find the environment too dynamic
