Sorry to hear you think there are not many opportunistic to progress, we are always trying to offer our employees learning opportunities and have many courses to offer, plus roles advertised on our internal intranet also.       Good pay structure and potential for strong quarterly bonus'. 4 week notice period, so not long until you escape once you realise your mistake.

      Cons

      General awful treatment of employees Complete lack of professionalism and communication from HR Bullying attitude and demeaning approach demonstrated by team managers across the UK site Incoherent/incomprehensible and completely out dated systems with support staff who do their utmost to not help you in as many ways as possible Terrible office culture and working environment - worst I've ever experienced! Senior Managers strutting around looking angry and not acknowledging you Complete lack of clear communication and direction
