Salary was ok and flexibile with schedule if you're a parent.
Cons
This place is extremely top heavy, hiring and promoting people left and right to VP and above. Very poor leadership with no clear direction and all departments having different goals. Every day feels like you could be fired or laid off for unknown reasons. If you put in your 2 week notice, they freeze your PTO so you can't use it and they don't pay out on it. C-suite is all a mess, owner doens't care about the company and just wants to be the face...just look at social media and it'll tell you everything you need to know. My manager talked to us like she was a pre school teacher, said the same phrase over and over again, and fake positivity. Only a handful of people work here that are actually trying to make a change, others are sick of trying and just collecting checks. The WORST culture I have been around, they know it, don't try to change it. C-suite spends more money and time on their quarterly outings to Lake Tahoe, New York, etc. than anything else. Nothing comes from those besides your work horse employees knowing they are getting screwed out of bonuses for those trips to happen. People who work there, don't want to be there. If you're applying just make sure you have another job lined up in at least 3 months.
