- Welcoming Coworkers - Free Company owned beer each week - Company seeks to expand processes at a consistent rate - Provides semi-annual surveys for Employees to provide feedback - Management will work with Employees in times of family emergencies -Benefits - Communication between departments and interaction -Very Production oriented - Willing to work with language barriers ( coworkers are patient and attempt to work through communication mix-ups with patience)
