Pros
Good Company and People to Work, good benefits, but only for direct employees.
Cons
Maybe processes and workflow between teams could be better. There are a lot of delays internally that impact other teams like a snowball. Basically, there are some people that are always late on delivering, causing other teams to be delayed as well and to delay other teams and so on
