Equilibria is a flexible workplace especially for a part time employee like me, I have always found support when needed and full trust and autonomy to interact with my clients as I see fit. I work both remotely and in office and there is never an issue finding in person space. Also, in comparison to other agencies in the Philly area they pay on par or better for a Master's Level Clinician.

The leadership team of Equilibria talks the talk and walks the walk. The model at Equilibria means that the only responsibilities I need to worry about are that of being a therapist: seeing clients, writing notes, and maintaining professional communication. I have complete control over my schedule, and my compensation is very competitive. Equilibria offers many options for consultation, supervision, and connection meaning I never have to feel alone with the clinical content I hold. There are many options for continuing education and topic specific peer consultation and learning. The employees are diverse, kind, and inviting and I have been able to make many professional and personal connections.
