Supported living, actually a glorified care home without any nursing support. Quiet residents are bullied into what benefits the company. Constantly budget cutting and removing support. No regular staff, constantly agency. No support from management and no confidently, if you share a problem it will be shared with the whole team. Pay is constantly wrong. No sick pay.clearly a for profit company, keeps residents in the setting even when it's inappropriate
