Pros

Same as in any other company, with more fancy words and out in a nice frame

Cons

Management is always happy to hear from you, then reject your idea. Put you in their blacklist and start spreading rumors about you to get more leverage to fire. Simple ideas and solutions do not go well as management is trying to get credit on anything and in most cases just stuff it up or get rejected above. Quarterly feedbacks are lies and forced to be high. In return you get to stay employed. Salary is below average compared to the same roles at other companies.

Pros

There are no advantages to being associated with Equinix.

Cons

Deceitful to both employee's and it's customers. Behind closed doors the senior executive team ensured that all of it's gross negligence (including multiple security breaches) were covered up. I strongly urge any prospective employee and/or customer avoid Equinix at all costs if you value your reputation.

Pros

Good work culture, company growing at an incredible rate, free Equinix gear and merchandise, numerous events, plenty of day offs due to 12 hours shift work.

Cons

Extremely low pay compared to industry standards, 12 hour night shifts without additional pay, no overtime pay, "field engineering" involves cleaning, recycling of cardboard, foam and pallets on a daily basis.
