It's been in the business from 15yrs. It's not a startup

Cons

Full of cons. No timely salary. They ask BDE's to do cold calling like some BPO. Initially they'll tell you, that you don't need to do cold calls, but after a while, you'll be left with just the regret of joining

It feels like college. You are given assignments and are expected to complete it withing the deadline. A great place for freshers.

Cons

Top management. It you run around them you'll grow. That's the only way. Salary. Like I said it's for fresh graduates who are not able to find work anywhere. You are literally paid laughable salary
