      Doing an apprenticeship has given me a great opportunity to follow my desired career path. I am surrounded by strong support with my studies and development from my colleagues who are both qualified and further progressed with their studies. There are always opportunities for me to continue learning and developing my skills through challenges and with the responsibility of managing my own clients, this helps me build my confidence.

There are opportunities to take on new responsibilities, expand skills, and gain valuable experience over time, particularly for those who are proactive and engaged. Overall, it is a stable organisation with a supportive environment that enables long-term career development. Employees are supported with benefits such as flexible working hours and the option to work remotely, helping to promote a positive work‑life balance

      As with any growing organisation, workloads can be busy at times however, employees are encouraged to have open conversations with their line managers, and the necessary support and tools are readily provided. Management maintains an open‑door policy and is approachable and supportive.
