Celebrations are good in the company Salary they are giving correctly. But they thought its the licence to make you a slave

1. Immature project managers 2. Very rude to all team members 3. Testers and developers don't have right to speak about work (But you can speak socially). 4. Always blamed. 5. For every idea, there will be huge criticism and blame. 6. Join the company if you don't have any self respect

They don't value technology and skills I tried to introduce new ideas. But top managers insulated infront of every one. Some senior persons worried about their job, they play worst politics.
