- Promotes growth - Provides great investment ideas that can REALLY make money - long term - Provides flexibility in content marketing messages. The skies the limit. - Provides great compensation for digital marketing efforts. - Best place to be if you want to grow as a person - Flexible working hours

- Somewhat hierarchical, makes approvals slow - Somewhat below market value salary (but can be negotiated) - Little to no staff entitlements
