      Pros

      We take care of luxury vacation homes and the people who travel to them. We are helping them make memories they will cherish with their family and friends. It’s a lot fun helping them have outstanding experiences they can’t stop taking about.

      Pros

      Fun business to be a part of that has had crazy growth in last 18 months. No day is ever the same. You get the ability to really contribute to the company.

      Cons

      Because of the crazy growth we are a bit behind on hiring, but working on it.

      Pros

      Have been here for 5 years. Really enjoy the travel benefits of using the homes. Fun clientele to work with. Love that mgmt. is transparent to both employees and clients. Company has been doing well and growing the Investor Relations Department in the pandemic. CEO is ethical guy that encourages all team members to abide by company values of transparency and making decisions that are good for employees and clients.

      Don't have much negative to say.
