      Pros

      Great exposure to some of the largest companies in Saudi Arabia. Exposure to Eram Group which has one of the most positive and interactive working environments I have ever experienced.

      Cons

      Past business strategy was dull but that has changed now.

      Pros

      pay slip and salary are on time every month as an SMP with Aramco, I have only worked with the HR team in Eram and they are doing a great job!

      Cons

      As an SMP I was not informed of the companies' policies, since I started with the company, I had to learn all the SMPs policies by asking every time I encounter a situation.
