Great workplace with good pay but PhD stress is high

Pros

Great place to work Good salary compared to same position in other EU countries. There are many benefits that come from the UMC Cao (like salary raises, NS business card for travel,..) Very Flexible setup (remote working days, but depend on your supervisor and your project)

Cons

PhD is stressing in the Netherlands in general, especially in the medical centres. Don't expect to be hired for another position after your PhD, this happens very rarely.
