great deal in terms of vacation days, pension, all the stuff a government worker wants. lots of security in that sense.

Cons

wholly driven by cliques, and politics. once you hit the top of your salary scale, that's it. it's confused - international university or dutch university, and that confusion shows. most directors are men, and dutch men, and white dutch men period.
