Pros
They treat their employees as good as their customers. They are always recognizing us for our efforts and always have fun things planned through out the season. Plus the pay is amazing. I make more mowing lawns then I did in my professional carrer

It's seasonal and I wish the work did not end.

-pay is not that good, it's seasonal and the hours are very unpredictable
