Pros
Erdos Miller has some of the smartest and best people I've ever gotten to work with. The culture is fantastic, the company is flexible on work hours to allow for personal life matters, and they've got great insurance benefits.
Cons
The company sometimes tries to do too many things at once which can cause stress when you're trying to accomplish them all.

Friendly coworkers and espresso machine.
Cons
Management is probably the biggest red flag. Management lacks hierarchy which opens the floor for miscommunication, lack of boundaries, and disorganization. Be expected to work multiple jobs without proper compensation and lack of resources. Burnout is real.
