Pros
-The first day of sick leave is paid -People are very friendly -Flexible working hours -starting salary is good
Cons
-No room to grow -Boss will walk around the company and yell at people for being on their phones -mid-level managers have no say in relation to the make-up of their team -No / very limited work from home options -very little extra perks, very low raises

Pros
Worked there for seven years. Left with a bang. The guy didn't serve in the army so he was exercising some power over us. Finnicky projecteur, always uptight, and just cares about his own pockets getting bigger. Paid on the clock, unlike other Israeli companies, but company had a stale feel to it.
