Some good people work here.

Cons

I worked there for 4 years in the corporate office. Management isn't fabulous, no employee appreciation unless you're a Managing Partner or Senior Attorney, they fight for the bad guys like insurance companies and corporations. Due to their lack of good management and employee appreciation, there is a broad sense of bad morale throughout the firm. Their corporate staff and all support staff are the ones that suffer the most.

Pros

Okay base pay. Solid benefits. Monthly billing bonus. Low minimum billing requirements. Lots of drinks and snacks. Relatively casual environment.

Cons

General disinterest among partners. Minimal oversight. Work would get extremely imbalanced. Somewhat decent camaraderie, but no teamwork. Definitely a place for burned out old-timers who just want to squeak by. Support staff was just awful. Firm can't seem to attract qualified candidates who want to stay. Very low long term prospect. If you get a better offer from another firm take the other firm's offer.

Pay is ok and lacks mentoring programs so it can be a struggle learning the ropes when you first get hired.
