Pros

The people here are generally very nice and welcoming, which makes for a pleasant day-to-day environment. There are occasionally catered lunches in the office, and the kitchen is always well-stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks for the team.

Cons

The primary issue is that the pay is significantly lower than what competitors are offering for similar roles. Even after staying with the company for a full year, there was no raise provided—not even a 1% cost-of-living adjustment. Additionally, the workload is very high and feels disproportionate to the current pay grade, leading to an unsustainable balance for the compensation received.

Pros

Mental health days are available! Trust me you will need them!

Cons

Very toxic work environment, managing paralegals can do what they want and speak to coworkers like children, they will bully you, HR is not on your side but is there only to protect the company so don’t complain to corporate or you will be a target!
