Ericsson lets You live a normal life, spend time with kids & family also - and if You are motivated and have the internal drive, You'll find challenging and inspiring tasks for Yourself in an international environment, and smart people to work with. Decisions are simply let to grow mature: that's a comfortable and conflict-avoiding way to grow consensus.
Cons
While working without extra pressure is good for those who have the internal drive, also gives the opportunity to those without the drive to avoid serious work, and it's sometimes annoying for the rest. Decisions are made slow, and that is sometimes frustrating.
