Pros

have not seen any Pros in this company.

Cons

They can not handle work load because of less development team. Expect more works( less work life balance) They can not select good developers who fit to the development base on interview process. Any time employment can be terminated. There is no settle down time, first day onwards have to work as a product specialised developer.

In addition to a technical questionnaire sent to prospective candidates, there are several rounds of interviews with various team members during which relevant technologies are discussed. This gives a very clear overview of expectations. It is important for candidates to assess their competency in these technologies, before proclaiming expertise. Sometime statements are taken at trust, and it is only after hiring when true capabilities become apparent. If these are not in line with skills stated in the interview, and there is no upward trend in learning curve, the appointment will not last.

Pros

There are really no pros for this company

Cons

- There is no such thing as salary increment. (Managing director does not believe in salary increment) - Employee are subjected to multi-hatting (multi-role; well beyond job scope) - Employee are expected to work long hours - Working with 2 decade old technology (virtually no career progression) - Office space is extremely small - No team building event (only social event to the movies $10) - Health benefits only covers $75 (for individual and families). Moreover, only 80% is claimable on each medical visit. - Employees are expected to sign a 2 year contract of which a breach of the contract entitles the company to withheld 2 months worth of pay. - Salary level is extremely low compared to other company in the same line of work - Managing Director lies to employee to manipulate them --> Managing Director states that he had met and befriended Steve Ballmer (ex-CEO of Microsoft) --> Managing Director states that company asset (aka software) is worth $45 billion. SPECIAL NOTE: erideon is NOT an MNC. Although it states on their website of having multiple locations, they are nothing more than a virtual space ~ rented mail room.

Pros

None that I could think of. Unfortunately, I feel very dissatisfied working at Erideon. Company size is small and staff are expected to multitask without proper compensation. Managing director is a micro manager with ridiculous expectation.

Cons

Work with one of the oldest technology, legacy system some might say. Managing director gives out empty promises such as shares given to employees that they cannot sell and will need to be returned to managing director when employee leave the firm.

We continuously target cutting edge technologies and innovations for our systems. Due to diversity of our projects, however, some works require interaction with legacy systems. Compensation is dependent on individual contribution. Where performance is demonstrated, Erideon has exceeded industry standards in every year. If performance is sub-par, however, the appointment will not last. Managing Director indeed has very high expectations when it comes to quality. Our customers would not settle for anything less.
