      Doesn't Feel "Equal Opportunity" to Me

      Pros

      Great benefits, good quality products, excellent training on products, services and added value. Customer-centric and knowledgeable. Enjoyed my colleagues.

      Cons

      It was not a great place for me to grow. No matter what I tried, my ideas and plans were never quite supported. Despite a great work ethic, I was often made to feel inadequate. The company structure lends itself to micromanagement and overall negativity, with constant resistance to change. Tons of favoritism and overall inequalities, but I especially felt that I wasn't truly welcome there based on perceived "weaknesses" that fall under those protected equal opportunity categories.

      Great ownership, Team atmosphere

      Pros

      Strong personable ownership. A management team that truly cares not only about the customers, but the employees as well. You truly feel like a part of the team that all want nothing but success.

      Cons

      There are only 5 business days in a week.

      Great benefits, decent pay and great owners.

      Cons

      Not very much opportunity for advancement due to the size of the company and length of tenure for most of their middle to senior management.
