Great patient care staff (Nursing, therapy, kitchen)

Cons

HR has no accountability or integrity. This is another company that overworks, underpays, and undervalues the staff that actually provide care to the patients. They count on they fact that people want to live here so badly they'll take it. This staff is the only reason anyone goes here. The therapists didn't get a raise last year, meanwhile admin make significantly more and make commission. HENCE, crazy high turnover. Us "healthcare heroes" aren't going to stand it for much longer

Love the nurses, PCT staff that have been there for over 7 months

Cons

Why do we have people who should be in sniffs, why are we under staffed and why don't you pay us more than 12.59 an hour. Why don't you as the owners come and visit us night staff and see what it is actually like to work nights and be so under staffed. You don't have to have a licese so put on a pair of scubs pay your self 12.59 and hour and let's do it. Challange on.

Patients, visitors and "SOME" co-workers are amazing.

Cons

Administration is horrible. Very two faced and lies in your face and hides things from you. They've been "CAUGHT IN THE ACT". I would never recommend anyone to work for them. Oh they are nice in your face, but trust me when I say watch your back!
