      Cultural events can't overcome high turnover and old outdated coaching.

      Pros

      Employee Lunches and "events" is how they drive culture.

      Cons

      Turnover. Most managers turnover in 2 years or less. Success rate for reps is sub 10%. Also they don't coach to develop, they coach to fire. Very old school way of thinking.
