      Everyone helps each other making a good learning environment in the office Its a young company They are quite selective on who they hire so you are lucky to get in. They invest in your learning and there is good onboarding and training opportunities Compensation is good for Waterford

      The number of processes is increasing every year. Sometimes long hours are required to meet deadlines There is too much time tracking
