      Working at Ertech meant a good amount of exposure on some interesting construction projects, but thats about it.

      Pros

      Its a small to medium size company, there isn't a lot of bureaucracy to deal with, the people are all really nice. Good exposure to a lot of different types of project all around Australia. Great with the work life balance, taking time off to travel or for family was never an issue.

      Cons

      High turnover, even in the senior ranks. Not a place that is able to teach you a lot from experience, since they are growing and have a lot of turnover.
