Management that watched us like a hawk and wouldn't let us talk to each other. They put cameras in our control rooms to watch us, and generally micromanaged the place to death. Also-- the rooms in general were bad, and anybody who had ideas to fix them had to deal with the owner thinking his ideas were best (they are not, Jony. They were and continue to be bad). Management drove away their most talented game masters and puzzle designers, and nothing ever changed.
