1. leadership transitioned to the next generation; the company's direction and culture have significantly declined. 2. current leader lacks the experience, leadership maturity and the strategic capability to run a company of this scale. 3. communication style is unprofessional for a corporate environment, creating confusion rather than clarity. 4. Employee morale has dropped, and capable people feel unheard and undervalued. 5. company seems to be surviving on the foundation built by the founders, not progressing under current leadership.
