Pros

Nice people and generally positive working environment.

Cons

Company is not making much money so jobs at this company are not secure. Pressure on staff in store to meet unrealistic targets.

Pros

50% off for staff, great staff, many opportunities to grow within the company. Always know what sales are happening/upcoming, due to lots of information from Head Office

Cons

Head Office can sometimes be a pain to deal with, can sometimes be slow days in the stores. Customers don’t always understand that staff don’t control the size range

Pros

Location, staff discount, not much overtime

Cons

Declining market share means no growth and poor career prospects. Small finance team with clear favouritism displayed by the higher ups. High staff turnover. But staff themselves don't gel well as the culture is quite isolated. HR doesn't care about you. Slow, terrible systems with ancient, inefficient processes in place. Overall, not a pleasant place to work.
