Pros
Hard to think of any at all. I met a couple of people who started around the same time I did that I liked, but then again they were not in management...
Cons
Inept management who doesn't tell employees what is really going on, and in fact outright lied to get their golden bonuses. The company they merged with is even worse - didn't think that could even be possible as Espyr was a low point in my career. Even one of the ambitious toadies I worked with who would usually say great things about the company one day admitted the company was being gutted. Management gossiped about their employees in a really negative way.
