Flexible working hours depend on your boss’s willingness. Many AL and compensation leaves if you OT. Able to off work on time and maintain a work life balance

Cons

Old school Chinese social culture, that you need to entertain yours bosses and colleagues to get promoted instead of being professional in your field. No bonus/ 13 months salaries for new employees
