      Systems were easy to learn. Was not difficult to fulfill job needs on a part time basis

      Colleague communication was negative sometimes.

      Great for busy internists with large Medicare advantage panels.

      Pros

      Great physicians. Great staff. Well meaning business office. Great for new doctors who take over a busy practice.

      Cons

      They are not good at helping most new physicians grow a practice. I would not reccomend starting a practice from scratch with this group. (They do mean well. They just aren't good at growing new practices.)
