its part of big group essel. but not worth working here as the essel infra is a highly mismanaged company with bad senior team. Management team abuse their employess in front of other. Senior finance persons working are pathetic and highly abusive. Avoid joining this hell company. Company not even paying bank dues on time. ompany is NPA in most banks, salaries are not on time, raids by IT are common. bad culture avoid this company from joining. i am suffering working here.

Good brand name being part of Essel Group. Nice people to work with. Friendly and nice culture (till it was in Mumbai) (not sure of culture after office relocates to Delhi).

Cons

No vision and commitment for growth of business. Company in big financial mess, Salaries never on time, never pay to vendors. Most decisions happen in an ad hoc manner. A decision as big as shifting head office with entire staff from Mumbai to Delhi was taken without any logical business reasoning or need. No structured approach for executing projects and growing business. Attrition at every level is very high with large number of people leaving the company in an year. HR works like a government office and never solve the problems despite repeated follow ups.
