Good professional workers and dynamic working environment. Working in a cutting edge industry (IoT, smart home, healthcare) with some great innovative technologies Employees are motivated and generally like what they do. They get breakfast and dinner when working late

Cons

There are often many projects running at once and we needed to do a lot of extra hours to keep up

Nicely designed offices and some good employees

The most unprofessional/amateur management in the universe (starting from CEO and President). no decisions are being made (and those who are - are usually not substantive), surrealistic employees turnover: over 50% in two years....including 8 or 9 (!!!!) VPs... Professionalism is a rude word in this company where licking is the way to go. CEO is just not involved and do noting to keep good employees. BIG DISGRACE.
