      Pros

      Solid work-life balance — expectations are refreshingly low, so evenings and weekends are yours 😄 Low pressure environment — great place to recharge or “strategically underdeliver” Small scope makes it easy to understand the entire system (because there isn’t that much of it)

      Cons

      Management brings a creative approach to direction — priorities evolve daily, sometimes hourly Roadmap is more of a philosophical concept than an actual plan Tech stack has a strong nostalgic vibe — great if you enjoy revisiting the early 2010s Business model is impressively focused — almost entirely dependent on a single customer (what could possibly go wrong?)
