      It's a job, they have insurance and pay on-time

      Cons

      It's a huge, impersonal factory. Once upon a time the owner knew us all by name, but then he got a partner and the partner hired an efficiency expert and then it turned into a factory not a bakery. I'd hate to see what it's like post covid.
