      Pros

      Great opportunities, reasonable work life balance, progressive culture, exciting purpose, exceptional people to work with - my experience in an office based role has been nothing short of brilliant.

      Cons

      The same pros do not extend across all pockets of the organisation. Your mileage may vary depending on leader and role, however 90% of office roles will be excellent especially for people wanting a career in a coastal or regional centre.
