Lack of real leadership. You will find bosses who are driven by their ego and who cut head off as soon as there is a different point of view or you shine more than them because of skills. I have never experienced this toxic environment. Lack of structure and vision.

- There are many amazing people working there, thriving to do their best - It's a safe place to start your professional career - Costa Rican company, and that is something to be proud of

Cons

- The most severe sin is the lack of prioritization, every single task is urgent. That compromises the quality, the stress levels keep high - No opportunity to grow professionally, the management mentality usually is not people oriented, just goal achievements - Ego is a constant in the higher positions, and that increases the distance between employees and the leadership - WFH practically is not an option anymore, it worked for many years but now they just want to make people go back without doing a study of different positions that don't require that policy at all

you will feel very alone there is no culture lack of effective communication heavy traffic not much room to grow and feel appreciated
