- Great work culture - Genuine People and good team co-ordination - You are free to take your own decision. - Wonderful opportunities - Salary on time and appraisal process is purely depend on one's performance. - Directors are always try to mentor the right person for the professional lives. - Performance bonus policy. - Employee Appreciation policy.
Cons
- Apart of some policies and Managements issues, I am not seeing any cons. Best to work with this organisation.

Every Saturday and Sunday off. Good for fresher
Cons
Worst leave policy. Every Saturday, Sunday off BUT if you take Leave on FRIDAY or Monday then company consider that: Total Leave taken by You = 3 days Leave, Let you take Leave on Friday then your Total working days Leave = 3 (Friday, Saturday,Sunday). This Leave policy applied with Every public Holidyas same as Saturday, Sunday. I have never seen this type of WORST LEAVE Policy. Company Finding any chance to cut your Salary.
