      Excellent Place to work for a High Frequency Trader

      Pros

      Being a small organization, each employee gets a lot of exposure and visibility. Even at an entry level, employees are given a lot of responsibilities giving them chance test their abilities.

      Cons

      Slightly high attrition rate because most of the employees are quite young. Thus the employees who stay for long are valued more.

      Internal politics ,many unproductive employees ,Restricted Opportunities to learn,Cut throat atmosphere- It's dog eat dog.

      If you just want to work a lot to acquire some skills without caring about the relevance of work being done to the actual aim , this is the place for you

      Cons

      All the cons of a startup like no brand recognition, experience not much valued, lot of work, but no pros like enterpreneurial culture, ownership, flexibility . Its work culture is too bureaucratic, company may turn away from its own commitments, a typical lala ki dukaan !!
