do not join this company if you are a fresher, they will first hire you as a trainee for six months, and will give 10000/pm , and after six moths they will ask you to sign a bond of 18 months and will give you a package of 180000, which includes your PF and medical, so you will get in-hand salary 11800/pm. Do not join if you are an experience holder, nothing to learn here, salary increment are worst, you cant even imagine. If you are in estel , you have to work in weekends, either work from home or in office. seniors dont want to share knowledge, they dont want you to take their place, so do not except that anyone will teach you here about company products. seniors play blame game, even managers too. there are some managers who dont have any technical knowledge, but they think they are GOD , and will do anything in estel,
