Like I said, all the promotions depends on your relationship with upper management, They don’t care about employees, only care about “their friends” or “spouse” in this company, This is a company with a lot of lies.

very dependent on which department and who your manager is.

Cons

most everyone is dramatically underpaid. Very little planning, documentation, and training was given, and a very complex system. Terrible communication throughout the company which often creates panic. Some managers invest little to no time in their subordinates.

Management is terrible and does not work. Station manager is ok but regional and upper management do nothing but complain about corporate while sitting in their office all day.
