Pros
- good for entry level job, with no background experience. - overall friendly and informal workplace. - good accounts
Cons
- managers don't manage - project planning is a foreign concept: everything is an emergency - entry level pay and no career options. Also, no bonuses nor overtime pay (but overtime required) - ludicrous travel treatment (you can be transferred for months with a couple days notice, and don't know when project will end. Low daily budget. Legal minimum travel bonus) - client scamming
