You'll have to please a lot of managers, a little office politics.
The time I was working for, a lot of people didn't get selected who actually knew how to trade & were good at it but at the same time a lot of people who didn't know the abc's(99% of them being women) were chosen for reasons unknown(our assumption being, they were in need of a work force with a diversified ethnicity or of different genders)
