Pros

-great mission -seemingly quick sales cycle (due to that mission) -good PR -many great colleagues

Cons

-zero transparency -unclear company structure -no collaboration -no native product: there is just a smashing of other software providers ie no true control over product roadmap or innovation abilities -no emphasis placed on customer service: much of what was being promised was not being delivered to customers with almost zero remorse on the part of leadership -there is a real desire to achieve massive goals, but there is no confidence in authority in order to execute -opposing ideas are met with blatantly ignoring those ideas and/or negative perception of the individual with the ideas from leadership

Pros

Great missions, inspiring C-suites, and travel to see other places for work were/are nice.

Cons

Beware of the high turnover rate. Poor management and untrustworthy direct reports could be the reason.

Pros

- Worked with some great people - Positive mission that has helped some renters - Good investors

Cons

- Total mismanagement of the company starts at the top with Wemimo and Samir (founders/ceos). They're unfocused, inexperienced and distrusting of the people they hired - Emails and texts at all hours from management. there is no "off the clock" - Reckless spending by leadership gets followed by layoffs (there have been layoffs the last two years) - Product strategy is non-existent, just a bunch of services esusu doesn't own smashed together. - Customer complaints all over the internet - Founders are obsessed with PR and social media fame above all else - Lack of pay equity despite salary bands/leveling - Employees quitting all the time and never get replaced. the people who stay have to take on more and more jobs. the reorgs never stop and there's never communication about why they are happening
