      Pros

      Etch restaurant respects their employees. Tips are excellent. Management is fair. Work/life balance is good. The higher ups are easy to approach and solid leaders.

      Waiting tables is demanding. You have to be mentally and physically up for the challenge.

      Located downtown. Easy going restaurant overall.

      Cons

      Management lacks managing skills and is not capable of handling any sort of confrontation. Servers constantly gossiping and fighting with each other. Favoritism is the name of the game here.
