Nepotism inflicts chaos while the owner blames everyone else for it.

Some coworkers were supportive and genuinely cared.

Cons

The nepotism was unbearable. Decisions were made based on personal connections, not skill or logic, which inflicted unnecessary stress on the team. The owner blames employees for issues that stem directly from their own poor choices. You're left cleaning up the mess while being undervalued and ignored. It was exhausting to feel like your efforts didn't matter because favoritism always won.

I was impressed by their mission. It was the only thing that impressed me to date. Nothing else comes to mind.

Cons

The work ambiance is toxic, thanks to the awful leadership. They only want to retain liars and fake people who agree with everything the management says and never express their opinions. They also expect employees to tolerate the work-life balance, avoid resource crunch, and exhaust themselves due to overwork. This ridiculous approach made life difficult for honest employees like me who prefer a decent work-life balance.
